How credits work

Billed by real page requests

Saving the canvas is free. Credits deduct only when scrape nodes actually request pages at run time.

List / pagination

One credit per page requested. Three list pages ≈ 3 credits.

Detail / subpage

One credit per detail URL requested. List→detail bills on detail requests.

Yearly credits

Activating yearly grants 12× monthly credits upfront.

If you run out

New runs return HTTP 402. Upgrade or wait for the next period.

Billing FAQ

Billing questions

What is a credit?

One credit equals one webpage request by scrape nodes. Three list pages = 3 credits; ten detail URLs = 10. Output row count does not matter.

What happens if I exceed my credits?

New runs return HTTP 402 until the next period or you upgrade. Existing datasets stay available.

Can I switch monthly and yearly?

Yes. Yearly plans receive 12× monthly credits upfront when activated.

What if I downgrade?

Your data stays. Remaining credits follow the new plan after the current period ends.

Refunds?

Manual plans can be reversed by an admin before the period ends. Card billing will follow Stripe policy when enabled.
