What we store

Email, hashed password, workflow graphs, field selections, run logs, dataset rows, and service/contact leads you submit.

Why we store it

To run scheduled extracts, show the console, authenticate the API, bill credits, and reply to sales or support.

Keys and security

API keys are shown once at create time and stored hashed. Console and API use HTTPS by default. Revoke a leaked key in the console.

Retention

Extracts and run history remain while your account and datasets exist so you can debug and keep using the product. After account deletion or a deletion request, we process identifiable data per our process.

Your rights and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data about you. Email [email protected] or use the contact form and state the request type.

Processors and sharing

Hosting, email delivery, and payment partners (when card billing is enabled) process data only to provide the service. We do not resell your datasets or page extracts.

Cookies and sessions

Necessary cookies/session mechanisms keep you signed in and secure. We collect first-party, aggregated pageview counts on marketing, docs, and blog pages (path, day, optional referrer host — no IP or personal profiles). We do not sell profiles built from them to third parties.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. Material changes appear on this page. Privacy questions: [email protected].

Chrome extension

The HuluFlow Chrome extension reads page HTML (up to 16 MB), URL, and title only when you click Analyze or run a workflow; extracted field values are sent to huluflow.com to save workflows and datasets. It reads the hulu_session cookie solely to authenticate API calls to your account — not shared with third parties. Language, run checkpoints, and job settings stay in chrome.storage on your device until you uninstall. We do not upload browsing data unless you explicitly trigger Analyze or Run. Pages may contain third-party personal data — you must ensure you are allowed to collect it. We do not sell page content or browsing history. Deletion requests: [email protected].
